NFL Rookie: Justin Blackmon Arrested for DUI
Justin Blackmon has not even played a game in the NFL yet, but he's already making headlines for all the wrong reasons -- he was arrested this morning for aggravated DUI ... TMZ has learned.
Blackmon, who played his college ball at Oklahoma State, was arrested in nearby Stillwater by the Payne County Sheriff. According to Oklahoma law, aggravated DUI applies to drivers with a .15 or higher blood alcohol level.
This would not be Blackmon's first DUI arrest. He was arrested in Texas in 2010 and suspended one game by his coach.
Blackmon was the number 5 pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, which took place on April 26.

DUI NEWS: NFL Star Nick Fairley Arrested for DUI
Detroit Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley was arrested early this morning for driving under the influence and attempting to elude police, TMZ has learned.
Fairley was popped in Mobile, AL just after 1:00 AM. In addition to the DUI and eluding charges, Fairley was ticketed for reckless driving, no proof of insurance and having an open container. Fairley is from the area, having gone to Williamson High School and he attended Auburn University.
It's Fairley second bust in just over a month, he was arrested on April 3 for marijuana possession.

DUI NEWS: Adult Star Jenna Jameson Arrested on Suspicion of DUI
Jenna Jameson was arrested on suspicion of DUI early this morning in Orange County. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the adult star was involved in a single car accident at around 1:30 AM after her car struck a light pole. Law enforcement officials say Jenna sustained minor injuries in the crash, but refused medical treatment.
According to sources, Jameson showed signs of possibly being under the influence of alcohol and was given a field sobriety test . We're told she was subsequently arrested for misdemeanor suspicion of DUI. She has been cited and released from custody.

Driving Drunk on the Bay Bridge is not a good idea: Oakland Raiders Star Heyward-Bay Busted
Oakland Raiders wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey was charged with DUI in San Francisco this morning … after cops say he was driving while drunk on the Bay Bridge back in April.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle , Darius was busted around 2 AM on April 7th after a California Highway Patrol officer noticed the 25-year-old speeding and weaving in his lane.
After he was pulled over, cops performed a field sobriety test, which he reportedly bombed. He was cited for drunk driving and later released. Cops say the former 1st round draft pick was “very cooperative” during the stop. If convicted, Darius faces up to 6 months in jail. Calls to the Raiders have not been returned.

Former Miss Arizona Teen Arrested for DUI
Former beauty queen Tori Vance was arrested over the weekend after a report said she was driving under the influence of alcohol in California. Miss Arizona Teen USA 2010 Tori Vance reportedly came onto law enforcement’s radar after she made an illegal U-turn in Los Angeles on May 5. TMZ said that the 18-year-old showed signs that she had been drinking, and 
failed a roadside field sobriety test. The website reported that Vance, of Ahwatukee, Arizona, was arrested for misdemeanour DUI after she recorded a blood alcohol content of just over the legal limit of .08. Vance has not publicly commented on the arrest, and the LAPD had no additional information.
Vance won the Miss Arizona Teen title at the age of 16, and said she will be competing for Miss California 2013, according to a ‘Tori Vance for Miss CA 2013′ Facebook page. Her arrest is the latest in a spate of ill-advised behaviour by troubled beauty queens. Earlier this month, former Miss USA Rima Fakih was sentenced to probation and community service following her arrest in December on drunken driving charges. Fakih, who was crowned in 2010, pleaded no contest after two police tests placed her blood alcohol content at more than twice the legal limit.
NEWS: UFC Fighter Ross Pearson Arrested for DUI
UFC fighter and “Ultimate Fighter 9″ winner Ross Pearson was arrested on suspicion of DUI this weekend in Vegas … TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us, Ross was pulled over around 4AM early Sunday morning when police noticed his car swerving on the road.
When police approached the vehicle, we’re told they observed signs Ross had been drinking and asked him to get out of the car — where they administered a field sobriety test.
According to law enforcement, Ross performed miserably on the test and was placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI.
He has since been released. Calls to Ross were not returned.
